New version 4.5.7 is available and will resolve these issues!

Also wanted to let you know new version 4.5.7 is available with fixes. 

just FYI new versino 4.5.7 is out and it should resolve your event lists ext. issue.  We are going to be releasing an update to event lists ext. addon soon as well with updated timezone changes. 

in version 4.5.7 this file should not be called. Also which PHP version are you running?

Hello the subtitle is only available in the eventtop. It has never been an option to show on eventcard 🙂 we can add this in the future though 🙂
