I also doubt that event_type=”7127,” works. It shows all events from all types.

updated to 4.5.6 and still same error…

Could you try updating EventON to 4.5.6?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. this is not working for us as well. actually all our times of previous events as well in the woocommerce ticket confirmation is wrong as well. How quickly can we get a fix for this??

I cannot login to wp-admin, but was able to use FTP access to comment this line, according to the screenshot:

/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/class-fusion-builder.php

Could you check? Please also take a look at the wp-admin login info.

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
