WooCommerce handles this. By default if you don’t enable Woo > Settings > Accounts > “Allow customers to place orders without an account”, each customer must register and sign-in in order to make a purchase.

It’s been more than a year, so this fix is included in the current version of the plugin.

If possible, could you downgrade to 4.5.4 while we are working on fixing this.

Could you also try going to EventON > Time Settings > enable Use UTC offset time globally on calendars?
