No, I hadn’t installed the “Lists: Ext add-on” add-on yet.
I tried to actually disable all the plugins and the theme, then I reactivated the theme and saw that the featured image worked, so I reactivated the plugins one at a time to understand which one was creating the conflict, but after reactivating them all the featured image worked still good.
I didn’t understand why, but everything seems ok now.
Strange right?

So I am still not able to use the translation until your next plugin updates, right?

The next plugin updates will also be applied to all addons? As I am using addons like slider, RSVP and action user so I just wanted to make sure the translation can also be workable on the Eventon calendar and its addons, thanks!
