Those old plugin versions you sent were helpful; we were able to get the eventON plugin upgraded from version 2.8.8 to 4.0.1 without any major issues.
That said, the main issue is still occurring when we try to upgrade it further to version 4.4.4 or 4.5.4
It works fine until we re-save the plugin settings, at which point the cards get screwed up despite no warnings or errors in the error log.
If possible, could you send us a few more intermediate versions for us to try out?
Any of these versions would be helpful since we want to upgrade it as far as we can and try to isolate the exact version that breaks the upgrade:

Actually, I turned off all of the plugins except the EventOn plugins and add-ons, woo-commerce, and switched to the default wordpress theme. I made a quick test event, and added tickets for $10.00 and added tickets to the cart several times… there are no fields to add additional guest names and contact info, as presented on your demo site. See my attached screen shot.

Honestly, I was a little confused by your mention of the theme using it’s own checkout. I’m not sure how this could be, because there was no ‘checkout’ setup before the installation of the ticketing plugin. However, in the interest of testing, I cloned the site on my server, and switched themes to the standard/default WordPress 2024 theme. I visited the event, added tickets, and navigated to the checkout… there are no additional guest fields present.
So would this not indicate it’s NOT theme related? I didn’t want to switch the theme on the development site, so I made an exact clone. I tried the ‘Hello Elementor’ theme, the default wordpress themes, and the Kava theme installed, and every one of them produce a checkout that does NOT have the additional guests field.
As for the emails, thank you for the information to auto complete the purchase, which I will add to the site. My issue was more related to the lack of ‘ticket’ though. I purchased the PDFer add-on, but there are no PDFs/Tickets attached to any messages. I get the Order confirmations via email, but I get no tickets of any kind, or PDFs as I’d expect.
The demo site you provided is exactly what I need at checkout, but that doesn’t seem to happen with any theme I choose.

Could you try re-downloading ICS Importer and install it on the server to see if it helps. I think the version should be updated.
