As for the RSVP addon, the option to include the RSPV in events is done on the add or edit event settings. See the image below

The memory could be needed depending on your plugins and theme memory usage. I would not worry much about it, as 640M is not a lot of memory for the number of plugins you have on your site.

Hi James,

You can deactivate the license on the development site, and then activate it on the production site. The events will still work on the development site even when the license is deactivated. See the tutorial below on how you can deactivate the license
