“Ticket Type” and “Ticket Information” is in Event Tickets > Ticket Type but its not affected in the action user addon

“simple” – unable to find it i can guess its the same story for that string

I cannot check wp-admin, because it asks to a code.

As for the issue, please go to EventON > Scripts & Styling > try disabling Write dynamic styles to header.

Main Calendar shortcode [add_eventon] shows the current month and you don’t have any events in December:

Try using Event Lists shortcode instead:
