Hello,

I went to EventON > Advanced > enabled Enable sanitizing HTML content for event data and selected “Select calendar event content filter type: EventON Content Filter”, so it seems to be working now. Could you check and let me know?

Worked for me with “Test” event I created. Could you send us a link to an event with the issue?

There is only one order and it’s still Processing:

Could you try changing it’s status to Complete?

We’ve been doing some diagnostics on our end and have discovered that the main plugin seems to break when we add multiple events. i have a screen video of the issue linked below so you can see the issue. basically, for one event the calendar works just fine, but when adding a second event, the calendar just continually refreshes without publishing the event data. https://youtu.be/pCBOyTzCCnA

Yes, it’s a 1:1 copy
To be honest, I don’t know what to do now – it’s only the calendar that acts strangely with that webhoster – I have to talk to the client, as they will be handling all the events in the future. And currently it doesn’t give me a good feeling to handover the site as it is actually…. hmmm. :-/
