I think there is something wrong with the ICS file url. Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

Is this confirmed? Can I close the ticket?

You won’t be able to view the staging site unless you make changes to your local PCs ‘hosts’ file.

The staging site is invisible to the world unless you make this change…

update eventon to the latest build which came out yesterday

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

you will need to add your desired “things” like locations , event organiser, event types to the event top

when I log in I see eventon lite activated and eventon deactivated

could you deactivate eventon lite and activate eventon and try again

alrighty- on our side it showed it was activated on cartomantique.com

so I have deactivated it from our side- so try now again

Also mske sure eventon is on 4.5.3 as there were activation issues in 4.5.2

if that fails please provide wo-admin access so we can diagnose from within
