Which part are you trying to change? Could you send us a screenshot?

Available settings can be found by going to EventON > Appearance > Event Card. If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

Please also make sure that you are using the latest version of Tickets add-on.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Hmm however, I was able to download 2461 events when I used ICS method to export events. That is strange…

Is it possible for you to increase PHP memory limit on your website and see if that would help you download more events in ICS file?
