Hey AG sorry for the delay in gettin gback to you. So it seems the timezone your events are in the ICS file is not a valida timezone. The timezones should be one of these.

“Argentina/Buenos_Aires” is not a valid time zone. Please trying fixing this and see if it helps.

Could you also update Tickets add-on to 2.2.4?
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
