That code handles the submission of a gravity form.   It creates a post and uses taxonomy to associate it with a parent post.  I don’t see any interaction with EventOn.  This is part of the theme, so it should be running if the theme is active.  the hook on that is:

add_action(‘gform_after_submission_1’, ‘committePageSubmission’, 10, 2);
it only fires when gravity form ID 1 is submitted.  I can try and walk through the plugins and see if one in particular is breaking it.

Hello,

Please update EventON to 4.5.1. Also go to EventON > EventTop > make sure that fields are arranged correctly.

Thank you. A few questions before I do this. 1 – explain ‘redo your shortcode’, 2 – update Event List Ext before or after upgrading to 4.5 & 4.5.1? 3 – did you see my comments at the other support ticket not addressed here? I had to revert from 4.5 because the event card fields that were showing up were all wrong and out of order and when I tried to change them in settings, the changes would not take effect. Is that fixed in 4.5.1?

It’s a bit urgent.
Have to send out invitations on tuesday!

I attached a image showing no line breaks.

We also tried with <br>, but this is removed from the output.

One of our developers figure out one way to show the events on the right time, but, its not displaying the time now,

add_filter(‘eventon_wp_queried_events_list’, function( $event_list_array, $ecv ) {
    $offset = get_option(‘gmt_offset’);
    if ( is_numeric( $offset ) ) {
        foreach ( $event_list_array as $key=>$event ) {
            $event_list_array[$key][‘timezone_offset’] = $offset;
            $event_list_array[$key][‘event_start_unix’] = (int) ( $event[‘event_start_unix’] + 3600 * $offset );
            $event_list_array[$key][‘event_end_unix’] = (int) ( $event[‘event_end_unix’] + 3600 * $offset );
        }
    }
    return $event_list_array;
}, 10, 2);

Hello,

Could you try downgrading to RSVP 2.9.4 as a temporary solution:

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
