The events are now displaying in the expanded view, but i don’t see a ‘Status Field’ button in the Event Top area to add to the Event top display. Therefore the postponed, cancelled etc status aren’t displaying. How do I get that to display again?

Also, is all of this something I’ll need to do after every update?

I love this so much.  It’s perfect!   Thank you so so much.

Funny thing is, it used to work and about the last month is when it stopped working.    I love your fix and appreciate it so much!

I didn’t know I could reply to other peoples tickets (I am just a normal EvenON user), but it seems that I can. That’s kind of crazy.  But yes – I agree with you. There’s always a new problem with EventON and it has beetn getting worse and worse over the years.

I didn’t update anything. The client changed the number of tickets available for an event. I am aware of the google maps issue. That has nothing to do with your plugin.

I’m sorry, but I have to say that I have lost faith in your plugins and your ability to fix issues. EventON has caused me more pain and suffering than any other plugin I have ever used. I have stopped recommending it for my clients and I will recommend my clients, who have had lots of issues with EvenON over the years, to get their sites rebuilt and use another solution than yours.

Thanks. I got everything almost back to how it was before. However, the image in the card popup comes up small at times and the google maps doesn’t even display. Not sure why over the past several months we’ve had issues with the plugin. I attached a photo.

Just to be clear, everything you’ve suggested I’ve already tried. Take a look at the page, I literally have all the codes you’ve sent working on 3 lines and none of them do what they are supposed to do (except for show limit – that works).

 

– We want to go back to having a long list of all future events from all future months. The show limit is great, but it stops at September. We have events all the way to March 2024 that need displaying.

– In that long list, we want the featured events to always show at the top, no matter what month they are in. They are featured, so they should get top billing always.

– I don’t have a current example but sometimes the featured event (even in the given month) doesnt show at the top of the list, or doesnt show at all, in the list. (I found a workaround was to use a featured-only shortcode above a non-featured shortcode, but its clunky)

I appreciate its hard over message to convey this.

 

(screenshot of setting attached before I uninstalled. It wasnt supposed to remove the events from the db, but it did. Fortunately, I followed the instructions and had a restore ready.)
