Yes,   that is correct that it redirects to a youtube channel.    the class was saturday.

Thank you greatly.    Ok,  if you are logged into chef julia’s site.   if you look in the “my orders” section.   Now when i click,  “click to view zoom class: and the words.  Plant-Based Pasta Zoom Class,  it just redirects to the my orders page.   I’m on this page: https://www.chef-julia.com/my-account/view-order/331707/

What we normally do is place the HTML code in the ticket section and that is just not holding the html code.    I made a video again so you can see.

so we have a pre html section and the zoom link, only if they have purchased and then after the event we have html code.     i hope this video makes sense.

I went to https://www.dada.wien/wp-admin/post.php?post=705&action=edit and downloaded Seat Map data. Then I tried to import it to dev2:

but I cannot save the layout and when I click on a seat it shows “Unique Seat Number *” and “Seat Price *“:

The same on customer’s website.

Could you also update EventON to 4.5? After update, make sure to go to EventON Settings and save them. Also go to EventON Settings > EventTop > arrange fields the way they were before the update.

The current issue is that when the customer copies the code from

and then copies it to

the data gets deleted after save.

They also state that when you go to https://www.chef-julia.com/my-account/view-order/331707/ and click on “Plant-Based Pasta Zoom Class” it redirects you to the same page.

But for me it redirects me to their youtube video.

As for the issue with “Additional Information visible to customer after ticket purchase.”, I am going to let Ashan know about the issue.

Could you try clicking on “Click to view zoom class: Plant-Based Pasta Zoom Class” and let us know if the same issue still happening?
