Attached I send you the Link to the .json-file.

As for the export of the attendees – we know this feature, but we can only see the Ticket-ID. What we need is to see the exact seat (Block-Row-Number) can you add this info to the export?

Also, in the View underneath the map (also the one on hoover) is confusing and shows (in my view) the wrong infos (Download Screenshot)

https://kultur3.com/seafile/f/7377e5c7dbef4d298e34/

Block shows “kat3-mitte” … should be “Kat 3. Mitte”
Reihe Shows “16” – corrrect
Sitz: kat3-mitte_16-540 … should be “#540”

We are still working on the complete buglist and quite important features that are still missing (and might be easy to implement) …. 🙁

Just to let you know – I think this plugIn  (Seats) has great potential and is already very good – but there are a lot of bugs still to be fixed!

I owned a major ticket.office in Vienna for many years and I know the problems and maybe it helps if I communicate all the bugs I have found up to here …

Cheers Matthias

Hi Artem,

the column header in the csv export would be nice but is not urgent.

The phone number shows up in the screenshot you mentioned. However we need this information in the participant list so organizers can get their list of participants with email and phone number

It is useless to ask the customer for the additional phone number since the (WC) checkout process already contains the customer’s phone number. Why don’t you copy this value into the participant list?

It would be really great if you could add the (WC) phone number to the participant list.

Thx, Axel

They don’t let us control that, but they say it is off now until I check back to turn it back on.

I want to thank you for the good help. I would like to apologize again for my tone. It’s because I bought a few plugins before. Nothing worked right away and that frustrates you. Then you have to wait again to get a response and so on. I know that the user does a lot wrong, but it annoys one when the answer includes what I have already read through and tried. Then I have to wait again for an answer and so on. I hope you understand me a little. Now everything is good and works the way I wanted it to. But I can imagine that it will be very hard for users who have no knowledge with CSS to customize the plugin the way they would like it. I have one more comment. You really have a great plugin, but the explainer videos are outdated and still have potential. When I think of the application potential in Switzerland and Germany you should consider translating the plugin to German. I think many would like to use the plugin from you, but see that it is in English. Still not everyone can speak English in the German speaking countries.
I wish you continued success with EventOn.
Best regards, Jürgen from Switzerland
