This page is somewhat ok.

https://pwrfacultystg.wpengine.com/front-office/

I’m able to set month_incre=”1″ and it just jumps ahead a month.ย  It still thinks July is the current month.ย  But, at least the event load.ย  On the homepage, it shows no events.

Hey Artem,

Okay we are getting closer. I deleted and reinstalled eventon according to the directions above. While attempting to implement the short code, it seems the calendar just loads and doesn’t actually show up on the page – would you mind helping with this? https://skieaglecrest.com/calendar/

Thanks!

>>I see the screenshot in the test event where times are correct. Whatโ€™s the (19)? Never seen that before<<

That is the event end date.

Whats intersting is when you load the page, each event will print on HTML the time data values, which is then used by javascript to run the timer. But those data values for times and generated on server side using post meta values to calculate the event time in unix format. So what I wonder is, when a page HTML is printed out using the event data, if that output is cached and that is reloaded again and again which would throw out same evernt duration values. Because the countdown use time left gap value. the javascript does not calculate the time remaining using event end time and current time, it uses this gap value which is processed on server side.

So that makese more sense, if the event content HTML is cached, it would print the same gap value. Wonder if there is a way to disable event content being cached?

I misunderstood the add-ons. I didn’t realize you needed the full Pro version. My Finance department is not happy that we’ve made multiple purchases, and they (as well as myself) feel as though we’ve hit multiple paywalls for a calendar we don’t actually need. They cannot devote more money to this, and right now, these addons are not functional for us.

So I would have to ask for a refund for both, or having the pro version free.

Let me know if you need any other information from me.

Hello Matt, this is very unusual to hear your experience. We are using woocommerce and stripe at myeventon.com with no issues. And we also have a fly in cart page we created, keeping user on the same page after adding the product to cart. These are options we added as customizations to woocommerce. There are sooo many custom plugins for woocommerce that allow you to do whatever you wish for in an e-commerce solution. Really sorry to hear it was not a fit for your situation.

Processed a refunde and subscription is cancelled as well . We wish you all the best with a more suitable solutino for you!
