There is a new version of the add-on available – 2.9.5. Could you update?
To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Was able to recreate this by enabling Enable one-click adding seats direct to cart.

You are correct, it is about the links, but please take a look at previously posted screenshots. You see how the text is green. This is because something on the website doesn’t let EventON to output formatted view of added to Event Details links.
Could you try disabling plugin one by one and see if any of them causes this?
