Hello,

I cannot access the website because of Wordfence. Could you check?

As for the original issue, please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

As mentioned, similar behavior observed with the schedule view. Month header changes but event tops do not refresh from the current month’s events.

The category that is not updating is bien-etre. On the frontend it’s showing Yoga & Meditation instead.

I’m also getting the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error message using Action User 2.4.1.

Here’s how to recreate what I feel is a bug:

  1. Go to the plugins page: https://mysite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=all
  2. Click the Settings link underneath EventON – Action User.
  3. Get an error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Note: I can get into the Action User settings if I revert back to version 2.2.3.

Here’s how our WordPress environment is set up to help with the troubleshooting:

  • WordPress version: 6.3
  • PHP version: 8.2.7
  • WooCommerce version: 8.0
