Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Did you use a different function in previous versions? Because it’s never been an issue before. Zeptomail hasn’t been updated and their support isn’t being helpful

This is worse.

It ignores the total capacity and only counts from the variations which is more hassle as I now I have two amounts that I need to control per session.

I really don’t have time to test every permutation of this especially when it is live and affects my staff and business. This is not a toy to me.

Max capacity, don’t exceed it. Sell two variations from the max capacity. That’s it. If I had time, I could do the logic for it.

1. September doesn’t have any events:

Could you add one? Just go wp-admin > Event > Add Event > select Start and End Date > press Publish.

2. Arrange EventON > Event Top like this:

Now add show_et_ft_img=”yes” to the shortcode.

Could you make sure that EventTop fields are arranged this way:

Hi, I thought about that, but unfortunately all our events have 50% on site and 50% online bookings.

I guess the code logic shouldn’t be too complicated so if I can, I would like to suggest such a small implementation for a future release.
