Hi,
I am working on getting access to an ftp setup.
There are no events that are not variations i think that we tend to copy previous events rather than start from scratch every time. – we could set up a test one?
THE CHECKOUT IS WORKING!!!!!! Woo hooo!!!!!
Thank you!!
if you manage to fix the currency thing that would be brill BUT at this point we can work around it.
Thanks again!

Hello,
Unfortunately, the problem described above has reappeared on the website https://www.saiten-weise.com
it is noticeable that wordpress indicates the following as the memory limit in the server data:
PHP memory limit (memory_limit) 1073741824
(see screenshot)
I have currently deactivated eventon so that the page is displayed correctly.
I hope you can help me further.
The debug file shows the following:

Sorry, but could you specify the code in text.
I can´t see what I should do.

Still saying not valid but I can at least login with an email address. Thanks anyway.

It can be. I have added it to our list of features and will take some time to develop because it involves a bit of things.
I would suggest for the moment using an alternative approach. And perhaps creating separate tickets for the sold individual as one ticket and other separate. Sorry within the current code base there is no other alternative.
Will get this developed soon as we can 🙂

Ok, I will make arrangement for this. The last updates caused so many issues that I had to turn the payment gateway off for 5 hours. To many issue to explain, but I had to work all day and into the night on Saturday to identify the issues. Most of Sunday was spent contacting customers with refunds and to reassure them that additional payments were not taken and that they had a booking. What a weekend that was.
Can you tell me you contact hours for support in case we have any issues? Doing an update at the weekend wasn’t my smartest idea.
Thanks
Iain

just tested event submission withOUT Zeptomail and emails goes just fine using the wp_mail() which actionUser is utilizing via evo_helper class.
