well intresting because we tried this zepto email on our server and we get these errors which is stopping the emails from being sent. Because we are using wp_mail() function from evo_helper() class
these are the errors perhaps you can share these errors with the email plugin developers and they can provide some insight. because using wp_mail() with out this plugin emails go fine for notifications.
Could you try disabling WP Rocket plugin and check?

Please go to wp-content/plugins/EventON/css/eventon_styles.css and find border-radius. Comment or remove all of them. Make sure to clear your browser cache.
