Also, try following the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Stuart, updating to the latest version should resolve your issue.
Ok I see it. Please use your fix for now. I will add in the settings for tickets to enable auto restock for failed orders as separate option. Because I think your case the order goes direct to fail.
Thank you! It looks great now.
You can close this thread. We got it worked out and it looks great.
Future TIPS to anyone using ICS importer to pull events from google calendar.
- Make sure you are using the Public Address In iCal Format. (In google settings under Integrate calendar)
- Must be Public (obvious)
Also I see the changelog but is there any other documentation for the ICS importer?
I looked into the code of class-integration-woocommerce.php and made 2 changes : https://app.screencast.com/0WyP75pSm2dYD
After that, the failed orders do not trigger a stock increase.
But I am not sure if this is a valid fix… also, when the next update comes, I will have to edit the code again.
Can you give me your opinion on that? Can you provide a long term solution? thank you
I found it through searching for.
I have since purchased the ICS importer. A few questions here.
- Can I use the calendar ID as the “ICS File URL – ONLY If you are using ICS file from external source”?
- If not, and I upload the ICS file will it auto update calendar events? We are looking for an automated process.
Thanks for your help Artem
Hi!
Sorry but don’t understand your answer… how is this a fix?
I need all these order status to be re-stocked. I cannot disable this option.
Can you maybe provide me with a snippet that would disable the restock only for failed orders?
Thanks
