Since you put eventtop_style=”4″ to your shortcode, it changes EventTop backgrounds to clear and “EventON > Appearance > Configure text color for colorful & Image eventtops: Auto detect white or black text color for eventtop text based on background” stops working.
Could you try removing eventtop_style from the shortcode, so EventON can adjust colors automatically? Will look like this:
Grey events are canceled ones. So text should be less visible than active events.

Which ticket are you referring to, where you sent us the login info?
I enabled Troubleshooting Mode, but Network Activated plugins are still enabled.
Do you have multiple sites in your Network or can you disable “Network Enable”, so we can disable them to test this?
Yes, it’s a custom version, i understand but do you know where the icon is located in the plugin’s source files? Thank you in advance
Please note that, I believe, you are using custom version of EventON (+Tickets). Is that correct?
So any issues happening with your custom version cannot be solved because we don’t really know how your custom version works and was created.

How do you complete events?
For example, this event is completed:

But no issues in Related Events:
https://dev2.myeventon.com/events/test-24/
if you go into events>>>>event speakers- edit the speakers you want
you need to add that to the description of the speaker
anything you add to the desciption will appear under the name
