Hi Gerald,

Thank you for your message, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!

I have the same problem, but it is a visual problem.  Tickets are being added to the cart but the animation that appears after you click on “Add to Cart” doesn’t stop. If you click on cart while that animation is running, the ticket is in the cart.  Customers won’t know that it actually worked. How can we fix?

I’ve just installed the latest version of the Plug-In and it seems to partially work. Have you added the fix to the latest version already?

There is still and issue with the display format. The picture added are square and this https://www.justleadingsolutions.com/training/certified-agile-hr-explorer-online-dubai-october-12-2023/ is how it looks

for starters you will want a cache plugin running theres loads of free ones

if you are on siteground for example they have one for their own server.

but a cache plugin can speed up a site dramatically

also the shortcode below has things that are incorrect which can slow down the load

[add_eventon_dv show_et_ft_img=”yes” ux_val=”3″ jumper=”yes” exp_jumper=”yes” jumper_offset=”0″ jumper_count=”0″ fixed_year=”2023″ show_repeats=”yes” search=”yes” number_of_months=”12″ search_all=”yes” exp_so=”yes” ]

please remove the bits in bold above see https://hercal.org/eventon-testing/

but the cache plugin would be essential with so many events and you may even want to create a 2023 calendar on one page and a 2022 on another and so on just to cut down on loading

Week-end Update and final request.

Here we go, your plugins are great and we made our investment because they are indeed doing what we need.

We’ll make experience using those, but we have one final question related to points and our membership.

Our membership products do use associated Woocommerce products. As well as I see EventOn/RSVP uses Event RSVP Points associated product.

Will we be able to assign points using our membership associated products? The ideal would be to edit our Woo product for membership and assign a certain points when the user subscribe. Or something similar to have an automatic assignment of points during a subscription purchase (add the rsvp points to the purchase). Ideally we would change the URL of the Buy Points to point to our subscription page and suggest to buy one of those if anyhow possible.

Thank you!

Cristiano

Im sorry, On both issues I am unclear as to what action I am to take and where.

Can you specifically tell me which CSS code is to be removed and from where?

On the transparent eventtop, I am not sure how to resolve.  Please advise.
