sure, here are the allday events: https://wildwuchsnatur.shoprocket.at/ausbildungen/werde-zur-kraeuterfrau-1/ . I disabled the time in the event top bar because i have to show to the customer. So i attached a screenshot how it looks.
New problem with title and subtitle is here: https://wildwuchsnatur.shoprocket.at/workshops-naturerlebnisse/kraeuterwanderungen/
Why are title and subtitle in the same line? I attached them to the same column in the eventtop designer.
okay thanks but is this only just the notice that people get or also they are not able to put it in there cart. Because i just tested it and i can add it still more times after i refresh.
I believe the issue is in the sub title
We’ll review it and get in touch to verify the info
the apostrophie is causing the issue, so I have changed it to
“We will review it and get in touch to verify the info”
so its working again
Ashan you can see the exact same effect on the dev site
https://dev2.myeventon.com/dfdf/
click the button the pop up has 3 black dots and no form exactly the same as the clients site
This is a bug I can duplicate on the dev site- I will assign Ashan to this and he will get a fix very soon
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

Thank you for the update. I have updated the plugins. It seems to be working now. I appreciate your help on this :).
I do have one question. See the sample page again: https://giveyoung.tpphost.com/events/summer-soiree-sip-smoke/
Right now the ticket price is set to $0, and someone can do “optional ticket additions” for different donation amounts. Works great! But if I change the number of tickets, it will multiple the additions amount (i.e. ticket x 2, $25 donation x 1 it shows $50). Is there a way for me within the settings to make it so no matter how many tickets they have, the ticket quantity won’t effect it?
