Only a few of my 140 events have event details.

Can I have the default be hidden, and then add code only to the ones with details, to show them?

Hi,

Do you please have an update on this ? You can see on these screenshots that the VAT number I added next to the company name (number starts with BE in Belgium) does not appear on the PDF. I find it strange that there is no field anywhere to add a VAT number, I would imaginE that the largest part of the subscriptions are bought by professionals, I cannot be the only one that needs it a VAT number on an invoice ?

The consequence for me could be :

    • I would have to pay this out of my own personal pocket as the accounting legally does not accept invoices without an TAV number, so it cannot be payed by the company
    • The invoice would be tax deductible for the company , but only if the TAV is added, so that is loosing money on taxes for the company too.

As you see I’m paying the price for this, I have never encountered a supplier in the past that does not give the possibility to add a VAT number and I think it is unprofessional.

In case you find it useful, I have checked the frontend view of the event and the seat size appears correctly, instead of the backend.

Looking forward to your solution as we must continue selling tickets urgently.

for now we can leave this i guess, if this happen again then we want to put some more time in. Is that okay for you? Our other recent ticket has some more prio.

Location Description displays only with old location. When I create new location, my description disapears.
