Thank you, but it still doesn’t work.

I created for testing-purpose a different site. also then you can better compare:

  • Testing and with your code:
    • But it doesn’t show any kind of the already set up events
    • You can play with this. Implemented in Elementor.
  • For comparing the original site, with the “old” but working code:

What am i doing wrong?

Cheers
J

Hello,

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.

Could you please downgrade to the previous version as a temporary solution?

Hello,

EventON uses it’s own Single Event Page template. You can customize it by following

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/customize-single-events-page/

You can also go to EventON > Events Paging > enable Stop using eventON single event template for single event pages. But no event’s data will be available.

Hello,

For /events EventON uses it’s own template. The only way to customize it is to follow

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-customize-events-archive-page/

But if you want to use Elementor the easiest solution is to use /event-directory. You can also restrict access to /events page for your users:
