No, we released EventON 4.4. Tickets add-on update is still in works.

The issue is that $order doesn’t exist in the function. So EventON cannot find it to get the note data.

Please look at this instruction from the guide:

$td – the ticket data array holds an array of data for the ticket. You can use print_r($td) within the code to see what information is there and use correct associate path in the array to show those information.

The note should be in the $td array.

Most of the attendees are from past events. Is it possible to delete them? Everything before January 2023

I have been deleting the tickets from the event, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

could you update the wekly view addon as theres been a new update

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

As for the issue with Countdown. Unfortunately, it doesn’t refresh the page when the countdown goes to 0. A customer must refresh the page manually. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Strange thing that when I go to https://dev2.myeventon.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eventon&tab=evcal_2 > ADDON: Event Tickets > try to change “Your Ticket For” to “Вашият Билет“, it doesn’t save it.

Please try yourself because I cannot test customer’s issue.
