I believe that the same issue happens on dev2 if you select “NO” in RSVP. Take a look at the log:

The email on “2025-10-22 6:35:36” was sent with YES and on “2025-10-22 6:36:29” with NO.

But since you updated to the newest version it seems that from now on there is an incompatibility issue.
So we need to figure out what can cause this and how to fix the issue.
Do you still have 4.9.12 version? You can downgrade to fix the issue while we are working on this.
