Could you contact your hosting provider and ask how much of these is available:

2) PHP Memory limit is 768

3) WP Memory limit is 512

Sometimes there are limitations on how much memory you can use.

It seems that there is an issue with the payment system. My test order with the same error:

Hello,

You should be able to remove the end time by enabling this option:

Please check and let me know.

That does appear to have worked properly. Thank you.

Can you share anything that you did differently so I can reproduce success with future imports?

OK, so the issue is kind of solved. However, before closing the ticket, I would like to know:

  1. Can the font colour of the date be set somewhere in the settings rather than having to bloat the CSS with what seems to be an unnecessary style?
  2. There are unfortunately issues like this EVERY single time I update the EventOn plugin (since 2020). Do you think it’s within reason that with each and every update I should have to spend a few hours – let alone bother you with support tickets! – to find out what’s gone wrong? Sometimes I’ve even had to restore from backup, losing my latest posts and content updates. Why on earth does a field change font colour when the plugin is updated? The font colour for the date was always dark grey but now, bang, the font colour changes to white and goes invisible against the white background.

I’m sorry if I sound sour, but this is really frustrating.

Best wishes,
David

Hi.  What is the status on this.

On the site it says Transaction complete but “cancellation pending.” Has the refund been issued?
