Hi there, this ticket has been open for 10 days now with no sign of solving this problem.
We have been open two weekends without any attendee information available which is very disruptive to organisation and event staff.
Please can we have an update on the progress of resolving this issue?

We reinstalled the addon (same version as installed). Nothing changed.
Hi, so sorry for the delay again. Here are the credentials again. I cannot seem to get the credentials to open up the events manager. But here are the credentials. I think I’m setting up the pages incorrectly. I had it setup with a login on one page that would lead them to the manager and the add an event forms. To get into the admin panel I just made sure these both work, changed both passwords. Thanks!

I bought the full calendar extension, and it still looks very different on the two pages.

Response: but a YEAR Long event does show up as an event every month. I only want it to show once in this look (see attached the look .. when I add our event now it will show 12 times instead of just 1)
Not really. Just uploaded the file. It seems that there was enough memory available.
Unfortunately, when it comes to this, it’s all about server’s performance and how much resources available at that specific time period.
