Could you also try checking the website in Troubleshooting Mode:

As a temporary solution you can downgrade to 4.3.5:

I used this doc before to create a header/row named “Brevet” and it works fine.

Right now, I added a new header/row named “order_comments_field” to get data from the order customer note submitted by the customer during checkout.

But nothing happens; The csv file is not created/downloaded

I’ve added the code to the config file:

But the site does not load after putting it in at all. Plus these is no debug file in the wp-content folder.

I’ve removed the code from the wp-config file to get the dev site up again.

I’m including SFTP credentials below.
