Guys, this is unbelievable, can YOU download the CSV with the option that you told me and YOU upload it in your test server and see what happens?

Because I do it and this is the error I get no file uploaded, Please try again!

What sort of support is this? It’s UNACCEPTABLE to have the ticket open since May 30 and not have found a solution yet!

Please deal with my support issue from start to finish and let me know if I can use your product or not, otherwise I’ll just request a refund from Envato and deal with the export and import using WP All Import which simply works.

We’re dealing with something that should work from day 1.

Hello again,

I updated to the newest version of Eventon and am having an issue with a BLANK page coming up from my events page: https://pagosascene.com/events/. When I click on an event, a new page opens but only says ‘blank’ in the URL.

The Eventon code I have on the page is:

Previously a new page opened with the event but now I’m only getting a blank page. Can you help me solve this issue? I have tried the page in different browsers and on mobile but only get a blank page when I click on an event.

It also seems very weird that the calendar is not working either on the events page. Why are both the tiled future events and calendar not loading?
