Hello again,

I updated to the newest version of Eventon and am having an issue with a BLANK page coming up from my events page: https://pagosascene.com/events/. When I click on an event, a new page opens but only says ‘blank’ in the URL.

The Eventon code I have on the page is:

Previously a new page opened with the event but now I’m only getting a blank page. Can you help me solve this issue? I have tried the page in different browsers and on mobile but only get a blank page when I click on an event.

It also seems very weird that the calendar is not working either on the events page. Why are both the tiled future events and calendar not loading?

Hi I just saw this. I already managed to update the addon a couple of hours ago but it’s still the same problem

1. We haven’t yet tested them on compatibility with each other. However, I know for sure that the fee plugin will not work on events’ pages, only during the checkout.

2. There is Dynamic Pricing add-on:

Where you can select a special price for a logged-in customer, but no similar functionality with Variations add-on.

3. With customization anything is possible, unfortunately, not sure how to implement this with the current functionality.

I was able to login using one of your other tickets. Could you try updating Event Lists: Ext add-on manually according to this instruction:

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
