Dear Artem,

This is common sense that when each event has its own organizer, then the organizer should receive the RSVPs.

Suppose in a big organization, all RSVPs are sent to one person. This will be a highly complex situation.

How can I manage this workflow?

Can I replace the RSVP form with a Contact Form 7 or other Form management plugins?

Hello Strothmann,

Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

There are issues with the file:

Available fields:

Location Fields:

location_name => Event location Name

event_location => Event location complete address

evcal_location_link => Location Link (http://)

evo_location_id => Location taxonomy term ID

Organizer Fields:

event_organizer => Organizer Name

evcal_org_contact => Organizer contact information eg. email

evcal_org_address => Organizer location address

evcal_org_exlink => Organizer external link (http://)

evo_organizer_id => Organizer taxonomy term ID

event_type categories – Event type category term IDs seperated by commas eg. 4,19. You can add upto 5 event type categories in seperate columns with column headers in format event_type, event_type_2 etc.

location_name is wrong as well as event_type_2. Please also note that event_type_slug cannot be imported this way.

The same issue with event_organizer of “Study Day: Communicating Trials with different audiences”.

I second this request, @artem maybe this could be included as a future feature request?

Including a link to the google calendar / attaching the ICS file should be a standard when sending out confirmation emails for RSVP and ticket emails in my mind. Should be relatively easy to add and would enhance the user experience significantly!

Kind regards, Philip

Thanks 🙂

I have one more question – on my mobile it cuts off part of the drop-down menu. Do you have any way to do that? The attachment shows what it is about.
