We are working on a big update for Tickets bundle which will be released very soon. EventON update is right after that.
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at codecanyon! from your account > downloads. Cheers!
Thank you. Changing the setting in the API code fixed the issue. Turning off the cache plugin made no difference.
Hi,
I also have this problem, and confirm the patch works.
Do you know when this may be released as an update?
Hi, thanks for the reply. I didn’t receive an email or other notification about your answer though, so I was under the impression that my ticket hadn’t been noticed.
As I mentioned, I already followed the suggestions on this page. I’ve also already experimented with different settings for the WP Query method.
Today, by accident, I discovered that an event calendar on my site that’s supposed to display events of some specific type, nothing is currently displayed. No clue why, it worked when I build it…
The interface of creating a shortcode is hopelessly outdated by now and makes experimenting with different setting very tedious.
Frankly, I’m done with EventON and will start replacing it. That’s a big inconvenience, but there’s just too much not working as it should.
Be well,
Rik
OK – what about the grey box in the header? Can I make that white?
Hello, I’m still building the site. I wanted to know if there is a code that I can insert via CSS so that the whole frame no longer shows any rounded corners. Is something like that feasible?
Best regards, Benedict

Hello,
Please use this code to make sure that the font size is the same for all sections:
.eventon_list_event .event_description p, .evcal_list_a .event_description li, .evo_pop_body .evcal_evdata_row .evcal_evdata_cell p { font-size: 16px !important; }
The code you sent changes Event Details font-size:
