OK, we will do so, thank you. I would like just to make sure that if we will place a new order this pending payment will be deleted not be charged from our card

Something to add to my previous reply regarding no event page loading in a new window: I can get this to work on a calendar if I choose the ‘MAIN CALENDAR’ option for the calendar type. The event opens in a new tab on this page using that option: https://pagosascene.com/pagosa-springs-events/.

However, when I choose the EVENTS LIST option for the calendar, the UX type 4a does NOT work – a new page opens but it is blank.

Hello again,

I’m circling back to try and address the issue of getting single event pages to come up. The page link you provided does work when I access it directly. How did you find that page, and how am I able to find all of the event pages? I don’t see any way to get to an individual event page, even using the default event page setting.

I created a new page named Event Directory (pagosascene.com/event-directory) and was able to place a shortcode on that page. In Eventon settings > Events Paging I set that page under ‘select event page.

  • When I go to pagosascene.com/events I am able to see the event calendar in the format from the ‘event-directory’ page calendar code.
  • On the event-directory page, I set the calendar to go to a new page with the event details but that doesn’t happen when I’m on the /events page – a new page opens but it is blank with no url. When I use the popup window setting the event pops up correctly. (All of my other calendars use the popup window; I’ve never used the option to link to a new page.) I verified that I can’t get a new event window to open on any other calendars; only the popup works. (using ux_val=”4a” opens a new window but it’s blank)

What I’m really trying to do is get the event schema onto the /events page and also on the individual even pages so my events are found in Google search. Currently it’s as if my site doesn’t exist with google even after 6 months of adding hundreds of events. I purchased an ‘Event Schema’ plugin that is compatible with Eventon and followed instructions, but when I use Google’s tool to validate the page pagosaScene.com/events it says there are ‘no items detected’ on that page; there are no events on that page in Google’s eyes.

One of the options in settings is for the ‘EventOn event post slug’. I tried changing my ‘event-directory’ page to use the ‘events’ slug but that caused the /event-directory page to not be found and no content to exist on the /events page so I’m not sure how that feature is supposed to work.

Thank you for helping me understand how to find the individual event pages and get them to appear when I click on a calendar event so I can then work with the schema plugin support to troubleshoot what is happening. I like everything about the event calendar but people can’t find my site in search and that is causing issues for me.

Hello Jason, was your payment method changed? our system shows the renew order went to on hold but do not see any failed payments on the system notes. And the renew payment was never collected by the system.

thats very interesting how 3 orders went in as an error. I have never seen this happen before in our system. Wonder what was showing on your end?

I have gone ahead and refunded all 3 and cancelled the subscriptions.
