Could you update EventON to 4.3.5 and CSV Import to 1.1.9?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Please go to EventON > Event Card Design > remove one of Add to Calendar.
John can you please share wp-admin access to your site? you shouldnt be redirected to another addon page, “activate now” should open up a lightbox.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about.
I am still having issues executing on the initial help requests. Is there a way to edit the single event pages without it affecting the event card and vise versa.
If so, is there a specific file that would enable me to edit the single event page, without changing the card as well?

Sold Style – Individually, allow customer to add only one price option per ticket purchase. And Multiples allow customer to add as many per each ticket purchase.
I am asking for a different option, which doesn’t depend on a ticket. So an Option which is like a price option, but is not “per each ticket”.
The problem is, that it isn’t user friendly for the option I want to add. The costumer don’t need an extra guide for each ticket, he need one for the hole booking.
