Thanks but I’m trying to import 60 events. is this the reason for all failures?

We always have a stock of 14 tickets per event. I have added a couple of screenshots to showcase that via e-mail people have successfully ordered the ticket but are not included in the attendee list.

Please update EventON to 4.3.5.

Enabled WP_DEBUG doesn’t show anything, unfortunately. However, when I enable Troubleshooting Mode, the page starts working:

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

The credentials you sent are not what we need. Please send FTP/SFTP Credentials. If you do not have them, please ask your hosting company, they should be able to provide them to you.
