That worked! Thanks:)

We had the full version of Eventon – I couldn’t find a way to install that plugin as per your advice so I installed the Lite version instead. Should I still go over to Eventon-lite?

Thanks,

Ruth

To be clear, the mobile code was added recently, but the problem on desktop was there prior to adding that (mobile code didn’t break it).  We were hoping the mobile “fix” would fix the desktop view.  We very much appreciate your help.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for the response.

In that case, could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

If issue turns out to be Eventon related, would you mind sending a video recording showing what you are doing to get the error? Just to ensure we are not missing something.

Ok i think it work 🙂 but it s normal i see in licence ( addon ) it s normal i see activate now ?

Hello,

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
