Yes, that is the same experience I had when the plugin is enabled on the staging site. I deactivated the User Specific Content plugin on both the live and staging sites, and again there are events showing on staging but not all of them, and none are showing on live. All events on live show the event type/start/end times on the back end but do not feed onto the page with the shortcode. This is a major issue, and while the User Specific Content plugin was clearly causing a problem for the front end, the problem with the events remains after deactivation. Even when you turned off all other plugins and changed the theme on the staging site the problem remained. I cannot change the EventOn plugin, this is why I am asking you for help in fixing this issue.

To the best of my knowledge there are no IP blocking anything on the website. I look forward to Ashan’s solution š

Hello,
2 things:
1. EventOn is not acitve in Avada Builder as seen in the screenshot. But this solves not the problem. I guess the Avada Element generartor may be the problem.
2. When the Avada Builder is deactivated all is fine
The answer from Avada is:
We understand your concern, however, since the plugin in question is developed by a third party, we cannot assure its compatibility with all available plugins. May we kindly suggest that you contact the plugin developer/author for further assistance on this matter, as we have no control over their development or codebase.
Thank you
So everybody is fingerpointing to the other party. And my customers have the problem unsolved. I hope you can solve it quick.
Thanks,
Mascha

can you show me how it will look like if we also buy those 2 plugins then. does this werk separate from the tickets? or how does it work, people now buy a ticket and then they are done, but if we need also those 2 plugins does they need to do their action twice?
can we hide the tab that you can see who is coming and who is on the waiting list, because this is not something everybody needs to see

yes the normal view is quiet fast. But the weekly view is taking more than 32 seconds!

I do not currently have access to that version. Looks like the plugins we purchased we can’t find the keys to and they’re not activated/registered. Not totally sure how they got deactivated… Well, if you think you have the issue fixed, that’s good enough for me. I just wanted to make you aware of it.

Just to clarify, Iām not referring to a plug-in. Iām referring to the core WooCommerce blocks. As the legacy short code is being deprecated, support for blocks will be necessary.
