Strangely when I try to import your file the same on our dev server.

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hi, I see that sheet editor is a option, but we a message “Sorry, you do not have access to this page.”. Should sheet editor work in Eventon, and if it should how can we fix it?

Thanks very much! The problem is solved. But I have another issue. I use Eventon on several websites. When updating from version 4.3.4 to 4.3.5, the display in the EventTop changes: Under version 4.3.4 the date block is displayed to the left of the event title / subtitle. That’s how I set it up and I want it. After updating to version 4.3.5 the date block appears ABOUT event title / subtitle. So there is no longer a representation in columns. How can this be undone?

event details can be changed in

myeventon>>>>Language >>>event card

currently theres no way to make it minimum of 3 bookings using eventon tickets

you might wish to try https://wordpress.org/plugins/min-and-max-quantity-for-woocommerce/

and after you create your ticket- you would further edit the product and in that area set the minimum to 3 but we have not tested that plugin

Hi, the field already exists, but is not in list. the hooks only create new metafields, not ticket price and other ticket information. We need to import a lot of tickets. Is there a way to add this funtionality?

Could you also update to EventON 4.3.5?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
