ICS Importer doesn’t delete events during the sync process, I am afraid.

You need to go to EventON > ICS Import > click on Delete Imported Events:

Could you create a new user with Mitglieder role, so we can re-create the issue?

Also how did you create the role? With a third-party plugin?

We are glad that this issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

If you go to EventON > Subscriber > Email Settings > make sure that “Subscriber must verify email before receving emails” is disabled. Then you can just add their names/emails using the subscription form:

[evo_subscribe_btn]

Then you go to EventON > Subscriber > enable Auto notify subscribers of new event, when the event is published, so from now on customers you added will receive notifications on all new events added.
