If you go to EventON > Subscriber > Email Settings > make sure that “Subscriber must verify email before receving emails” is disabled. Then you can just add their names/emails using the subscription form:
[evo_subscribe_btn]
Then you go to EventON > Subscriber > enable Auto notify subscribers of new event, when the event is published, so from now on customers you added will receive notifications on all new events added.
