As for activating license I see several other operations run when you click activate. I am not sure if something else is interfering with the wp_post_get function that we use to activate license.
I would need FTP to chek into this. But since your license is working and fullcal is working. When you get a chance send us the FTP and we can take a closer look and see what is going on.

May I ask how you updated the eventON? Under eventON settings > settings & data management have you selected to delete eventon settings when uninstalled?

The add-on that has the waitlist functionality is https://www.myeventon.com/addons/rsvp-events-waitlist/
No more options at the moment.
The thing is that even when you sign-in to a waitlist, you still can add how many people in your party:
So it should work in your case, shouldn’t it? Please let me know.
