Hello Ashan,
Thank you – I have now been able to download 2.5.7 and install. Unfortunately though, its not fixed the issue. We are using the following shortcode to have a public “create event” button on our website:
[add_evo_submission_form lightbox=”yes”]
The lightbox opens, but just shows some loading dots – nothing else happens? I was under the impression this was fixed in the latest version?
The site is https://www.discoverletchworth.co.uk/whats-on-calendar/ and at the moment, I have had to remove lightbox=”yes” from the code to display the form – but it always used to open in a lightbox fine?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello Support Team,
We’ve noticed that the events eventually appear on the frontend calendar, but it takes quite some time for them to show up after being created in the backend.
It seems there’s a delay between the moment the event is published and when it becomes visible on the calendar.
Could you please let us know what might be causing this delay and if there’s a way to make the events appear faster on the frontend?
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Ana

Thanks for your reply,
I have verified that the timezones are the same in WordPress and EventON.
I’ve shared wp-admin access details.

Nope. The problem is the “Month strip” option in the DailyView. I turned off and it’s finaly OK now.
