Are you using any 3rd party program to translate text? if so, that should be in there, they should come from the POT file thats in the tickets addon. Please let me know if you are not seeing them.

ahh then we bought the wrong plugin i tought we needed the reminder email function.

i will buy a new one and ask for a refund for the other plugin.

I did delete all events and then imported the events again via the ICS import. It almost goes oké but it you check April 14 you see some differences with the Google calendar. For example jongens en meidenclub.

Any idea how it is possible it doesn’t 100% match?

Which variable contains Additional Ticket Holder Information, so they can add it to the CSV file. Could you help?

Not sure why but customer’s website shows the organizer description twice.
