Capabilities on the screenshot is only for Action User, I am afraid.
You need to either change the role or change Editor’s capabilities using a special plugin. For example,

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
Could you send us failed orders?
Please also go to wp-admin > Pages > find Checkout page > make sure that it uses the defatult WooCommerce shortcode:
[woocommerce_checkout]
Also make sure to use autocomplete functionality of EventON and not WooCommerce’s plugin. Go to EventON > Checkout > use “Enable auto complete ticket orders”.

Could you try going to EventON > Tickets >enable Always redirect individual WC ticket Product page to event page on frontend?
Not really sure how it’s possible that there is so many failed orders in a private event. So need to check wp-admin, if possible.

The page and EventOn begins loading on mobileIt flashes the appropriate style, then the style gets stripped away — its a really quick jump or flashThis tells me that the Boost Plugin is still targeting styles that load after the Newspack defaults, so this plugin is getting overridden.
