1. Please wait for Ashan to respond. As a temporary solution the only thing you can do is to downgrade.

Could you update RSVP to 2.9.2?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Ok, I understand- the title stays at single license. But should the price difference for my upgrade not be around $70 instead of $120?

You can’t see the ‘extra’ tickets on there though but the client says it was overstocked afterwards and she knows what the class sizes should be.

What do you mean by “crashed the site”? Seems strange.

Can we access the website using FTP?

I think that calendars don’t load because of lack of memory:

[23-Mar-2023 18:04:36] WARNING: child 296 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /wordpress/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1189”

Could you try following

Is it possible to remove Avada options from Events? Can we try disabling Avada plugins to see if there is an issue between them and EventON?
