Before enabling the full version of EventON, did you deactivate Lite?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

You’ll also notice that it’s extremely slow. We are hosting the site on WpEngine. When you try to load the settings or any other options on the Eventon admin it’s impossible. It was working better months ago and we haven’t changed or install additional plugins. I read on certain forums that Eventon is usually slow and loads a lot of js.

Could you please advice? Our client is waiting on an answer.
