Hi!

I checked the file but I didn’t found what I could change.

Look the print I attached to see that the 50 line it is blank.

I’m using the 2.0.2 version of the ‘EventON – Speakers & Schedule’ addon.

yes this started happening after we moved the DB.

Here’s a link to the latest order where this has happened: https://nexthype.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=115915&action=edit

It appears it’s getting more frequent. We tested an order and it looks the system is getting confused with previous orders. For example we placed an order for a ticket a few days ago and when we went to place another order the previous ticket was still in the basket but instead of adding addition cost it was splitting the cost over the extra ticket… so for the order on the link above the ticket was supposed to be £5 each but the customer was getting 2 tickets for £5. On the order I sent you the screen shot of yesterday the customer was getting 5 tickets for the price of 1. So the system is adding the quantity of previous ticket orders to the current order free of charge even if it was a different product/ticket. And it’s also showing the order has more than 1 ticket type. Very strange
